1. Camera and Motion Tracking

PUSH1K requires access to your device's camera to count push-ups using local AI motion tracking. All video and image processing happens entirely locally on your device in real-time. We do not record, save, store, or transmit any video footage or images to our servers or any third parties. The camera is strictly used as a sensor to track body coordinates during an active workout session.

2. Information We Collect

When you use PUSH1K, we collect specific data to provide a synced experience and a global leaderboard:

• Authentication Data: When you sign in using Apple or Google, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email address). If you use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, we only receive a unique, anonymous email address.
• Fitness Data: We store your push-up repetitions, workout timestamps, daily streaks, and total scores.
• Device Identifiers: We may collect non-identifying device information to ensure leaderboard integrity and prevent spam.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Securely authenticate your identity across iOS and other platforms.
• Synchronize your progress, streaks, and achievements across devices.
• Display your chosen display name and scores on the public global leaderboard.

4. Data Storage and Third Parties

We use Google Firebase for secure database hosting and authentication management. Your data is stored in compliance with industry-standard security protocols. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. Account Deletion (Apple Compliance)

In accordance with Apple’s requirements, you have full control over your data. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated fitness data directly through the app settings or by emailing us. Upon request, all personal records, workout history, and leaderboard entries will be permanently deleted from our servers within 14 days.
